By accessing or using the ThreatSeer website at threatseer.io or any ThreatSeer service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ThreatSeer is an AI-powered threat intelligence and attack surface management platform. It includes Warden (CVE intelligence), Assetrix (attack surface management), AI Advisories, and associated features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with certain features available during an early-access programme.
You must be at least 16 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to:
All content, software, trademarks, and materials within the Service are owned by ThreatSeer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant ThreatSeer a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
ThreatSeer’s security intelligence is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREATSEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO THREATSEER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreatSeer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where ThreatSeer is incorporated.
